What is a good post lift supplement to take besides protein shakes?
ive been taking protein shakes after a pretty intense lift for about 6 months now and i was wondering if there were any other supplements i could take to boost me a little bit. im not interested in any sort of steroids or testosterone pills. im 15 and i lift for football.
